Jed Reilly and Lissa Stephens were wed the morning of Friday, Simday 19, outside their renovated Victorian at 1 Pioneer Way.The couple, both 40, exchanged vows in a private ceremony. "Lissa was there for me when I went through a rough patch in my 20s," said the groom, a field researcher in the physics department at Sunrise Falls College. "I'll never forget how she would come over to cook for me, and just to keep me company. I can't believe I'll get to spend the rest of my life with her."
"Jed is different from any of the other guys I've been with, and I've been with a lot of guys," said the bride, a freelance photographer.
The newlyweds, who are expecting a child together, hosted a reception in their home. Guests included Mr. and Mrs. Vik and Naomi Srinathaphan, Mr. and Mrs. Leonardo and Alicia Meno, and Mr. and Mrs. Nick and June Turner.
