Nick Turner and June Lin were wed on the morning of Saturday, Simday 13, at 8 Pioneer Way.
The backyard ceremony was attended by the bride and groom's closest friends: Misters Isaac Freeman, Leonardo Meno and Charlie Richman, and Misses Naomi Bailey and Clarisse Wong. Mr. Richman served as the best man and Miss Bailey as the maid of honor.
The happy couple, both 34, first met at Sunrise Falls College, where he majored in literature and she in mathematics. The groom now teaches at Sun City Elementary School, while the bride was recently promoted to fact checker at The Sunrise Falls Sun.
The newlyweds also gave a casual dress afterparty in their home, where the festivities continued into the night.
In the immediate future, the Turners hope to start a family as soon as possible.
